Silver Jewellery Workshop Christmas Special! - Friday 6th November 2026

Join this fun workshop where you will learn how to make silver jewellery, perfect as a treat for yourself or for someone special this Christmas.

Come along and create bangles, earrings and spinner rings, add texture and you will have the option of combining bronze with silver.

You will learn how to saw, solder, file, hammer, hand-stamp and finish your own sterling silver jewellery to wear home at the end of the day.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and ideal for those with some experience looking to expand on their knowledge.

The minimum age for this workshop is 14 years, those 16 years and under must be accompanied by a participating adult who also has a place booked.

Cost: £80 – includes the use of tools, tea & coffee, and biscuits.
Materials: The cost of materials is not included in the workshop fees. The approximate cost is £30-£80 depending on what you use, and is payable to the tutor on the day (cash or card accepted).

Please bring: lunch, make sure that long hair is tied back and bring your glasses if you wear them.

Taught by Fiona Dowling, a graduate of the Royal College of Art, Jewellery Moves workshops aim to teach traditional craftsmanship, jewellery skills and techniques in small groups with a relaxed atmosphere.

NOTE: The Craft Barn is accessed via external stone steps with handrails and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
