Silver Bangles Workshop - Friday 5th July 2024

Join Fiona from Jewellery Moves for a day of making, learning and creativity. At this workshop you will learn how to saw, solder, file, hammer, hand-stamp and finish your own sterling silver jewellery. You will leave at the end of the day with at least two bangles & one thin silver cuff.

About Jewellery Moves:

Taught by Fiona Dowling, a graduate of the Royal College of Art, Jewellery Moves workshops aim to teach traditional craftsmanship, jewellery skills and techniques in small groups with a relaxed atmosphere.

This workshop is suitable for beginners.

Minimum age is 14+ and children 16 years and under must be accompanied by a participating adult who has booked a place.

Cost: £75 – includes the use of tools, tea and coffee.
Materials: The cost of the silver is not included in the course fees. The approximate cost of these materials is £40/£50 and payable to the tutor on the day.

Please bring: lunch, make sure that hair is tied back and bring your glasses if you wear them.

NOTE: the Craft Barn is accessed via external stone steps with handrails and unfortunately may noy be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
