Needle Felting Workshop - Monday 27th October 2025

Come and make a beautiful needle felted wool landscape or flower design to place in a box frame or turn into a cushion. Make some handy greeting cards too!

You will learn needle felting techniques and using a variety of natural wool fibres create art work.

Join tutor Virginia for this easy to master craft who will guide you every step of the way. Choose whether to create a stunning cushion front for you to turn into a cushion or take inspiration to make a beautiful flower picture. You will receive plenty of guidance for a fun and creative day.

You will:
- choose your 100% wool backing felt ethically sourced from Nepal
- learn how to safely and effectively use both a multi-needle felting tool and a single-needle
- using a combination of flat felt and 100% roving wool explore the different ways to create flat and 3D pieces in your work
- pictures can be further embellished with hand embroidery or beads

This workshop is suitable for beginners looking for a great introduction to needle felting.

Cost: £65 to include all materials including a cushion inner or box frame, tea & coffee, and biscuits. Tools will be provided but if you have your own, please feel free to bring them along.
