Willow weaving is great fun to do as a group, whether with your family and friends, for a special occasion such as a big birthday or hen do or with a work group to develop team building or simply as a jolly!
Suitable for both complete beginners or those with some experience already, we know you are going to love this relaxed and fun class run by willow weaver Anne Solomon.
You will make between 1 and 2 items during this 4 hour session depending on the size of your finished makes. To display in your garden or home, you are sure to impress your family and friends!
We will provide all the materials and tools that you need to create your fabulous willow makes from just plain willow rods.
Your group can choose from one of the following Options (everyone to make from the same Option):
Option 1: To make a butterfly and a bird feeder
Option 2: To make a heart and a dragonfly
Option 3: To make a large poppyseed head on a sturdy 6ft stem
Option 4: To make a spherical messy weave birdhouse
Option 5: To make a plaited branch with leaves
Option 6: To make a pair of birds and a lavender wall posy.
The minimum number for this event is 6 and the ideal maximum is 8 depending on your choice of make/s. We do our best to be flexible so give us a call to discuss your requirements and we’ll see what we can come up with!
