Full Event Information

Join Cath of Hedgehog & Hoot for her new workshop to make an A4 Needle Felted Landscape scene. Using her latest product - a “Ready to Go!” pre-carded background making this workshop is suitable for all abilities.

Choose which landscape you wish to create from a Poppy Field, Bluebell Wood, Moorland or a Sunflower Field – samples of each will be available to help you decide.

In this workshop
- You will learn about the basic principles of how a felting needle works
- How to safely and effectively use both a multi needle felting tool and a single needle
- How to lay down a wool/fibre background and then add details to personalise and add interest to a landscape
- Stitch work or beads can then be added to embellish it or keep it as it is. The piece can then be framed as a picture, used to make a book cover or an embellishment for another project

All materials and tools will be provided. If people have their own multi tool and brush, they are free to bring it along.

Suitable for age 10 years. Children under 16 years must be joined by a participating adult.

Cost: £60 to include all materials, tea & coffee. Please bring lunch

Cancellation deadline: 16th September
