Needle Felted Landscape or Toadstool Workshop NEW! - Monday 2nd June 2025

Come and make a beautiful Needle Felted wool landscape on a cushion backing or whimiscal toadstool.

You will learn needle felting techniques and using a variety of natural wool fibres to create a stunning picture on either flat felt piece to be turned into a cushion or create a fun toadstool. The choice is yours!

Join tutor Virginia for this easy to master craft who will guide you every step of the way. You will receive plenty of guidance and inspiration for a fun and creative day.

You will:
- choose your 100% wool backing felt ethically sourced from Nepal
- learn how to safely and effectively use both a multi-needle felting tool and a single-needle
- using a combination of flat felt and 100% roving wool explore the different ways to create flat and 3D pieces in your work
- pictures can be further embellished with hand embroidery or beads

This workshop is suitable for beginners looking for a great introduction to needle felting.

Cost: £65 to include all materials, tea & coffee, biscuits. Tools will be provided but if you have your own, please feel free to bring them along.
