Needle Felted Garden Birds Workshop - Friday 7th July

10am - 4pm, July 7, 2023

Lechlade Memorial Hall Pavilion, Oak Street, Lechlade GL7 3AY

Master the easy-to-learn techniques of needle felting and create a life-like Garden Bird.

Suitable for beginners or those with some experience.

You will be working with washed and prepared fleece from a variety of breeds of sheep, alpaca fibre and other materials on this enjoyable workshop.

In this workshop you will:
- You will learn about the basic principles of how a felting needle works
- How to safely and effectively use both a multi needle felting tool and a single needle
- How to make a wire armature
- Learn the techniques of needle felting in order to shape and attach wool to create a figure

Led by artist Cath Smith from Hedgehog and Hoot.

Cost £60 to include all materials, tea & coffee. Please bring lunch and glasses if you wear them.
