Introduction to Decoupage Workshop - Wednesday 20th November 2024

If you have never tried Decoupage here is your chance to have a go. You may be wondering what exactly it is or may have tried it before but perhaps were not completely satisfied with the result, either in terms of finish, techniques, or colour & paper combinations.

You will be shown how to decoupage on different surfaces using both napkins and rice paper.

There will be several samples to look at and you will be shown the basic techniques of how to create this fun craft.

We will have a choice of small items to choose from such as a trinket tray, small boxes, wooden hearts, coasters, photo frames and a great selection of beautiful papers to inspire you.

Once you have learnt the basic techniques you will want to create more at home. Decoupage looks fantastic on so many things including recycled furniture items.

Minimum age 12 years, children under 16 years must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Price: £35 to include all materials, tea & coffee

Please bring: an apron and a small box to take away your creations – they take time to dry and carrying home flat will prevent them from sticking together.
